STOPS

Lanai Lookout
One of the main lookout points in southeast Oahu where you can see ocean, cliffs, and other islands. In the winter months, you might even see humpback whales!
Halona Blowhole
When the tide is high and wind is strong, Halona blowhole looks like a geyser. Another good spot to watch humpback whales (in winter months).
Makapu’u Lookout
Easternmost point of Oahu with stunning views of mountains, Makapu’u Beach, and Rabbit Island.
Byodo-In Temple
This amazing temple was built to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first Japanese immigrants to Hawaii. Located along Koolau Range, this replica of the temple of Uji in Japan looks like a picture from a fairy-tale.
Waiahole Poi Factory (FREE LUNCH)
Tropical Farms Macadamia Nuts
Kualoa Point (Chinaman’s Hat)
From this spot one, you can see both iconic Mokoli’i islet (mostly called Chinaman’s Hat) and Kualoa Ranch (from the outside) where many famous movies have been filmed.
Tropical Fruit Market
Food Truck (North Shore Shrimp)
Banzai Pipeline
Because of reef specificity, this is a worldwide famous place for top surfing competitions. Even when there is no competition, you can always spot brave surfers here.
Haleiwa (Shave Ice, Hawaiian Coffee and Local Fruit Smoothies)
This town is the surfing capital of the world but visitors can also find lots of other attractions here, such as kayaking, paddleboarding, or snorkeling. Haleiwa is also the perfect place to taste shaved ice and simply enjoy the laid-back atmosphere!
